One More Episode
It starts the same way for all of us — a kid on the couch past bedtime, volume turned low, watching the Toonami logo bleed into static because just one more episode was worth the risk. That feeling never really left. KIZUNA exists to give it somewhere to live.
Where It Started
Before there was a brand, there was a rug. In 2020, what became Kizuna started as a hobby with no commercial intent — hand-tufted rugs made in spare time, no plan beyond making something real with our hands. For nearly two years, it ran quietly as "KT Makes Rugs." But somewhere in that stretch, a community started showing up before the name did.
Why "KIZUNA"
KIZUNA is Japanese for bond. We didn't pick the name first and build a community around it — the bond came first. The name just caught up to what was already true: this was never really about the merchandise. It was about the people who understood exactly why a cartoon rerun could mean that much.
Memory, Made Physical
Everything we make starts with a feeling before it starts with a product. Apparel, accessories, home goods — every piece is an attempt to take something that only used to exist as a memory and hand it back to you as something you can hold, wear, and live in. Late-night reruns. The characters that raised us as much as anyone did. The friends who stayed up right alongside us.
Still Here
We're built in Los Angeles, sold through our own store and a network of makers and vendors, and we show up in person at conventions because that's still where the bond feels most real — face to face, one more episode at a time.
